Das Handbuch «Handbook of Easy Languages in Europe» ist da! Wir haben die Möglichkeit es einem interessierten Publikum vorzustellen. Dabei richten wir den Fokus auf das Handbuch, seine Entstehung (Dr. Ulla Vanhatalo, University of Helsinki) und das Kapitel «Easy Languages in Switzerland» (Prof. Dr. Anne Parpan-Blaser, FHNW).

Zehn Autorinnen haben die Herausforderung angenommen und ein gemeinsames Kapitel verfasst, um die Gegenwart und Zukunft von Easy Languages – Leichte Sprache – Langage simplifé – Lingua facile in unserem Land aufzuzeigen. Einblicke in die Forschung (Dr. Sarah Ebling, UZH) und Ausbildung (Christina Arn, Rita Baumann, HfH) sollen exemplarisch aufzeigen wie Leichte Sprache weiterentwickelt und eingesetzt wird, um Informationen für alle Menschen zugänglich zu machen.

  • 18.00 Uhr: Begrüssung und Moderation. Prof. Dr. Carlo Wolfisberg (HfH)
  • 18.10 Uhr: Idee und Entstehung des Handbuches, Einschätzung der Lage in Europa. Dr. Ulla Vanhatalo (University of Helsiniki)
  • 18.15 Uhr: Zur Entstehung des Schweizer Kapitels im Handbook ELE, Einschätzung der Lage in der Schweiz. Prof. Dr. Anne Parpan (FHNW)
  • 18.20 Uhr: Leichte Sprache und Bildung. Rita Baumann, lic. phil (HfH); Christina Arn, lic. phil. MAE (HfH)
  • 18.30 Uhr: Referat «Automatische Textvereinfachung» (Referat wird als Videoaufnahme eingespielt). Dr. Sarah Ebling (UZH)
  • 19.00 Uhr: Schlusswort. Prof. Dr. Carlo Wolfisberg
  • anschliessend Apéro

Zur Anmeldung

The Handbook of Easy Languages in Europe is here! We have the opportunity to present it to an interested audience. We focus on the handbook, its genesis (Dr. Ulla Vanhatalo, Unversity of Helsinki) and the chapter «Easy Languages in Switzerland» (Prof. Dr. Anne Parpan-Blaser, FHNW). Ten authors took up the challenge and wrote a joint chapter to show the present and future of Easy Languages - Leichte Sprache - Langage simplifé - Lingua facile in our country. Insights into research (Dr. Sarah Ebling, UZH) and education (Christina Arn, Rita Baumann, HfH) will exemplify how Easy Language is further developed and used to make information accessible to all people.

Please register via form by Wednesday, 27 October 2021. The event is free of charge.

The event will take place on-site at HfH, as well as online via Zoom. For your participation at HfH you need a Covid Certificate. For online participation, we will send you the access data for Zoom one day before the event.
